Damages

Iruhz Aura will ensure products are securely packaged to eliminate chances of damage during transit. 

If damages happen to occur during transit, You can contact us @iruhzaura@gmail.com. In doing so, please provide us with the order number, and photo providing proof of damaged items. We will work timely with you to evaluate and resolve the issue. 

Exchanges/ Returns
Certain types of items cannot be returned/Returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) for sanitary purposes.

Refunds
Refunds will only be processed if there was a mistake on our end, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
